Theresa have been spinning for 12-15 years and began teaching in 2014, as a sub. She's always loved working out but fell in love with spinning as a great low impact workout that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat.
She is also a teacher in the Scranton School District, so with the days work, spinning is her escape...

Nicole is new to teaching spin and she has become stronger, gained more enthusiasm and knowledge about fitness by becoming a spin instructor.
She believes that with fitness it supports and enhances ones mental, physical, and spiritual growth.
In her words: "I want you to work hard on finding and unleashing that inner strength and reading new levels of potential you didn't know existed. How inspiring it is to have the opportunity to take part in something that challenges you and pushes you to unlock your greatness all while promoting your growth like any real challenge in life does?"

Alia's experience with yoga began when she was attending LCCC college back in 2013 and took a yoga class randomly which blossomed into a journey of self-discovery.
Yoga has taught her patience, kindness, and love to those around her but most importantly, to herself. She said that she will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the wisdom her teachers have shared with her.
In her words, "In my classes, I combine my love for vinsaya and yin into a well-balanced class for power and relaxation for both beginners and advanced yogis. Yoga is not a one size fits all, it is for everyone and it is my mission to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible in their own skin."

Megan is a teacher and artist. She professionally danced throughout Philadelphia and New York and recently was an Associate Professor of Dance at Wilson College.
Megan is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, as well as certified Pilates mat instructor. Her primary interests in yoga include YIN and meditation + movement flows. She believes movement is the gateway to an empowered and joyful life. Her teaching style emphasizes community-building and self-empowerment (as well as sense of humor for trying new things!)
She most enjoys creating a learning space where any experience level is welcome, and people come to support one another.

Brittany has always had the passion for Fitness, health & wellness. For Brittany working out is not only a hobby, but an outlet. As a registered behavioral tech, working with children with autism and everyday life, fitness has been her escape and mental clarity. It helps her clear her mind and reset.
In her words, "I believe that in the gym, it's not about being better than someone else, it's about being better than you were the day before. Your only competition should be yourself. Always aim to be better than you were yesterday."

Ashley has her doctorate of physical therapy and practices in the outpatient orthopedic setting here in Dunmore. She has a passion for running and group fitness classes and loves to workout with friends while encouraging others to jump into the fitness world. Ashley loves to work with people of all ages and show them that they can reach their activity goals despite their age or fitness level.
Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist
Shannon has a passion for health and wellness, along with helping others reach their personal health goals. She provides individualized meal plans based on each person’s nutrition needs and goals. She promotes a balanced eating pattern that incorporates personal food preferences as well.
